Refund Policy

In response to COVID-19, to protect our customers and staff we are not accepting exchanges at this time.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, stain-free, odor-free, and unaltered, with the original tags attached to the garment and returned within 10 days of purchase.  We do not accept damaged clothing. 

You will receive store credit only for your returned items there are no refunds.  When shipping your items back they must be packaged securely in a box, envelope or the original packaging along with the return slip.  All shipping and handling fees will be the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.  Once the items are received they will be thoroughly inspected.  If the garment meets or exceeds the inspection requirements, you will receive an email confirmation within 3-5 business days regarding your return and, if applicable your store credit amount (minus shipping fees). You have 30 days from the day you receive your confirmation to use your store credit. 

All Sale and Accessory items are FINAL and cannot be exchanged or returned.
