Shipping Policy

After your payment is received and verified, your order will be processed for shipping.  Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be shipped out.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your order’s tracking number.  Please note that all estimated shipping times are after your order has been shipped.  All packages will require a signature upon delivery.

3-8 Business Days Standard Shipping     $9.95

2-3 Business Days Priority Shipping      $19.99

Shipping fees are non-refundable.  If you re-use any shipments from Urbanvain.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.  This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.  If for any reason your item is not deliverable and is returned to the store you will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the items (minus the shipping fee).

If your tracking information states that your package was signed for and delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the United States Postal Service.  Urban Vain is not responsible for any package(s) that are lost or stolen; once USPS has marked your package delivered.  By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and delivery policy.
